Daymap Training & Events

We offer a range of training courses catering for the varied user roles within schools – technical, administration, teachers and leaders.  Our small group, practical courses with experienced instructors are constantly updated to include new features and meet changing education needs. 

At Daymap we believe in maintaining regular contact with our community. Each year we host multiple free events to speak face to face with our users, share our ideas and hear your needs.

This course is aimed at staff who manage student attendance and absences, and school communications.  Content ranges from basic to high-level administration tasks in this field and explores strategies for using Daymap within a school as a tool to drive the improvement of student management and school administration.

This training will be a hands-on approach designed to assist staff who manage Daymap at their site to maximise the quality of data available to them and deliver easily accessible information for all staff.

Where possible, the work on this day will be performed in your own Daymap – allowing you to return to school with actual outcomes from the training. Items will also be presented in our training environment, so that you can try different options without impacting student data.

This training aims to provide staff with the skills to manage the daily movement of staff and students throughout the school. This includes Calendars, Staff Hub, Excursions, Resources, Parent–Teacher Interviews, Scheduling Tool, Student Kiosk, Communications and more

It will expand their understanding of the capacity of Daymap and explore strategies for using Daymap within a school as a tool to drive the improvement of student management and school administration.

This course is designed for staff responsible for managing Daymap within a school. It covers an overview of all configurable elements in Daymap, including account management and permissions.

Topics include Master Settings, Parent Portal, Calendars, Indicators, Daymap Points, and more.  Ensuring you have the tools to manage Daymap effectively and optimize its use across your school.

This training aims to provide staff with the skills to effectively utilise the classroom tools in Daymap and manage the assessment cycle.  It is aimed at either lead teachers or curriculum leaders who would like to expand their understanding of the teaching and learning capacity of Daymap, and explore strategies for using Daymap within a school as a tool to drive the improvement of teaching and learning.

This course will give you an opportunity to review setup and configuration in your own Daymap, as well as access our training site and materials for learning new skills.
