Daymap Online Workshop – Attendance Refresher
About This Event
This free online information session is for school staff responsible for attendance management in Daymap. It is suited to those who are either brand new to Daymap and need a quick-start introduction, or those who have been using Daymap and want to refresh their skills and ensure they are up to date with best practice.
We will take a look at:
- Managing individual student and group absences
- Sending absence SMS and processing incoming absence messages
- Handling late arrivals, early departures, sick bay, first aid and more
- Managing excursions
- Searching for student(s) and viewing/adding information to them
- Using notes and records to store data and flag that to all staff
